Contacting Snapbooth

When you submit the inquiry form, your name, email address, phone number, event date, event type, venue or city, guest count, how you heard about us and any optional message are sent to Formspree, which processes the submission and forwards it to Snapbooth. Snapbooth uses this information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your event. Submissions may also be stored in Snapbooth’s Formspree account.

Live chat

Live chat is provided by tawk.to. When you use it, your messages and any contact details you share are processed by tawk.to and made available to Snapbooth so we can respond. The chat service may also process technical information, such as your IP address, device and pages visited, and use cookies to operate the widget. See tawk.to’s privacy policy.

Other services

Text and email links open your device’s messaging services. Google review links open Google. Fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts. Those services have their own privacy policies. Formspree processes form submissions under its privacy policy. Website hosting services may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website.
